My 40 Before 40 Bucket List
So today I’m 39! It’s officially the last year of my 30s wow! How blessed am I to wake up and be surrounded by love, health, and a belief that every possibility I could dream of and that so much more is available to me?
One thing I have learned over these last few years is that this round of life we’re gifted with is too short and wonderful to spend unhappy and in situations that do not serve us.
I’ve co-created a beautiful Global Citizenl lifestyle that before 2018 only existed in my dreams. Too many beautiful visions are buried in the graveyard when they deserve to live in the world for all to witness and marvel at. So you know what, I want to spend every moment I’m given thriving and loving each day I continue to be blessed with.
This world is a topsy-turvy place so if we’re going to be here we might as well make it one to remember right? And seeing as none of us knows how long we have left, let’s just live each moment the best we can with what we have but also let’s strive for more because it’s only us setting the limits with our preconceived ideas and notions that have been pushed upon us.
Here’s to more life, more love, more health and wealth in whatever way we choose. I created this list of 40 things I wanted to do before I turn 40 but you know what, now it’s just a list (in no particular order) of things I think would be really cool to do while I’m here. And as usual, I wanted to share not only the list but how I go about completing it.
So follow along and let’s see what life brings as I aim to complete and make the most of this journey with gratitude and grace!

These are great! Love that 3 and 5 are the same! I’m interested in which new skill you’d like to learn! And some unsolicited advice is to get that therapy in sooner rather than later if you really want to do it. As for take a 1 week retreat – erm…the Joy Retreat Barbados awaits!
